The hotel was nice and clean, offering luxurious rooms as advertised online. However, the lack of fresh air in the room after breakfast was a downside, possibly due to the stuffiness. The connector door was convenient but allowed noise from neighbors late at night. The rooms were generally good, but the room could benefit from better ventilation.

The hotel rooms were generally good, clean, and had everything we needed, but the lack of washcloths and hand towels was a downside. The hotel didn't provide any microwaveable plates. The service was a mix of being untrained, unattentive, and obstructive at times, although there were attempts to assist with bags or strollers. The location was amazing, especially for Disneyland visitors, but waiting for the elevator was a challenge, particularly on higher floors. The dining offered great options but stay away from the 'bacon. '

The hotel offers beautiful and comfortable rooms, with a shake of what you would expect from Embassy Suites. The service from the staff was awesome, except for the inconvenience of one elevator being down, which made wait times long. The location is comfortable, right by the ART bus line, but not highly recommended. The dining experience was awesome, especially with the buffet style offering excellent choices. Overall, the stay was great with a few minor drawbacks.
